What do you do?
We're enabling businesses to accept payments and stay tax compliant globally. Accepting card payments is easier than ever! It can now be done via a custom invoice inside our dashboard or via a shopping cart integration like Woocommerce.
What countries do you onboard users in?

How do I use it?
Once your have signed up and onboarded, you can start creating payment links by API or integrate our platform into your website. If you struggle with that you will be provided with a dedicated developer to help you.
What are your fees?
Our default processing fee is a flat 3.5% + $0.35 per transaction. If you have a high processing volume you can contact us for a quote.

Operations

Do I need to inform my existing customers of any changes, now that we are working with CycoPay?
You will need to let your existing customers know that you are working with CycoPay as a reseller. Your existing customers should be informed of the CycoPay Buyer Terms and acknowledge via email. You can access the terms here.
When will my invoices be reconciled?
CycoPay processes wire transfer payments each morning (GMT). Once a transfer has been made, it should be received and reconciled within 2-3 working days. Sometimes, payments can be delayed because of timings between initiating the transfer and CycoPay processing that payment, bank-to-bank payment delays, or errors in the wire transfer when it was submitted. We encourage you to reiterate to your customers the importance of including the Reference Number in their bank transfer - this will reduce the risk of delays!
What terms and conditions do I need to include for new customers when using Invoicing?
CycoPay’s Buyer Terms need to be appended in your Terms & Conditions or referenced in the order form or contract between you and your customer. CycoPay will supply the Buyer Terms to be used. Also, the first time your customer receives an invoice from CycoPay, they will be asked to accept our Terms & Conditions as the reseller of your products. This is a frictionless experience and operates as a popup when they view their first invoice. This will only occur for the first invoice they receive.

How fast do I receive funds?
You receive funds almost instantly, however the process of the invoices being confirmed may take up to 4 days.

Because we are the official reseller of your products, you are getting paid as if we were your only customer. Read more about it here.
